Channel concept

The YouTube channel is the public porch of the school — short-form teachings on the twelve phases, readings from the book, conversations with other contemplatives, and unedited footage from gatherings and from Carmel walks. The aesthetic stays restrained: long takes, natural light, ocean and cypress in the background, a candle if it's evening.
